Leon and Gadsden County School Readiness Coalitions – Facilitate merger of organizations to improve quality, establishing an evaluation system for performance measurement development and tools to educate the Board and foster policy, budgetary and operational decision-making in the new entity.
Comcast Corporation – Surveyed and facilitated retreat for the executive team to assess and facilitate the success components of its team using attributes defined by Patrick Lencioni: Inattention to Results, Avoidance of Accountability, Lack of Commitment, Fear of Conflict, and Absence of Trust. Prepared follow-up plan to ensure adequate communication and implementation.
Florida Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Law Enforcement – developed transition management plan to transfer the Florida Marine Patrol within the Division to a newly created Commission. Assistance included development of a report describing issues affecting environmental law enforcement in Florida and a comprehensive checklist of items to be considered by the transition team (with PKV Management Consulting, Inc.).
