Blueprint 2000 program – Performance evaluation of this governmental entity formed for the purpose of executing major road and other infrastructure projects in a holistic manner for the City of Tallahassee and Leon County.
Leon County School District – Quality Assurance Review in accordance with Standards of the Institute of Internal Auditing for the District’s auditing function. Served as the external quality assurance review team to provide the Board an assessment on the extent of the District’s compliance with international auditing standards, which included organizational placement for independence, risk assessment and scope of work being performed.
Florida Department of Children and Families – Quality Review for District 9 of the Florida Department of Children and Families involving a needs assessment related to staff morale and strategy implementation, based upon interviews and data analysis, with training and implementation assistance (with The Gale Sittig Consulting Group).
