Private Corrections Institute - a not-for-profit organization seeking funding for furthering their initiative relative to corrections privatization. Business plan development: Re-visited vision and mission; established key performance outcomes, measurements and data; established logical document flow for presentation, including accomplishments, strategy, and financial data/forecasts.
Florida Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Law Enforcement - Delivered strategic planning workshops to develop desired outcomes and strategies for the various bureau functions: park and marine patrol, environmental investigations, and emergency response (with PKV Management Consulting, Inc.).
Florida Department of Management Services, Division of State Group Insurance - provided agency strategic plan development designed to communicate the Director’s vision; identify key performance measures, and training and communication needs. Designed work to extract a large amount of information from Division management with minimal time investment on their part (with Florida State University).
The Able Trust, the Governor’s Alliance for Persons with Disabilities - Provided a report format that provided for the graphical depiction of key performance measurements and better alignment of the major goals and strategies, thereby helping ensure the plan’s successful execution. Included facilitation of an Executive Board meeting (with PKV Management Consulting, Inc.).
