State of Florida, Department of Financial Services - Quality Assurance Function for the State of Florida accounting system implementation of PeopleSoft software, Project Aspire. Responsible for monthly status reports and weekly monitoring assessments to Project Director (with Ernst & Young).
Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services - Study of e-payment system options to support fee collections; charted processes and mapped desired performance outcomes.
Florida Department of Community Affairs – Functional requirements and planning for system remediation and implementation of the Florida statewide accounting system project, Project Aspire, Involved mapping of current financial processes, team sessions to review Project Aspire system documentation and remediation requirements documentation (with Brandt Information Systems, Inc.).
Florida’s Guardian Ad Litem program – Employee review and performance system enhancement, development and update of instructions, involved development of employee responsibilities (competencies) for each employee classification.
Florida Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Law Enforcement – Development of specifications for a unified database to meet its performance measurement requirements for the State’s performance-based budgeting initiative. Required coordination between three bureaus and other law enforcement agencies. Facilitated agreement as to the goals or desired results (outcomes) of its programs and the measures to be used to assess accomplishment of the outcomes (with PKV Management Consulting, Inc).
